Short bio

Since February 2008 I have joined the Computer Systems Group at Vrije Universiteit as a PhD student, under the supervision of Prof. Maarten van Steen. Before this, I received a MSc degree (2007) and a three years bachelor (2005) in Computer Science at the University of Bologna, Italy.

Research

My research activity is focused on Wireless Sensor Networks, with a special interest in security and privacy issues.

Teaching

Autumn semester 2010-2011: teaching assistant for Voortgezet Programmeren (Advanced Programming).

Spring semester 2008-2009, 2009-2010: teaching assistant for Graph Theory and Complex Networks, An Introduction.
