Priority will be given to in-house produced genomics data.
VU/VUmc
genomics data analysis meeting (updated weekly)
This meeting is organized weekly on Fridays 10.30h-11.00h and centered
around one discussion theme, which is hopefully of general interest. It
discusses analysis issues for aCGH and/or gene expression data. The
meeting is followed by consult on individual basis. Please
send a mail to mark.vdwiel[at]vumc.nl when you have a topic
of interest or when you want to consult the
statisticians/bioinformaticians after the meeting.
