The molecular data is dynamically loaded from XML files. The layouts are schematic only, they are not based on the actual chemistry.

Drag atoms around if you like. Drag the background to scroll. Use the sliders to change atom size and bond strength.

The Molecule Viewer is written in Adobe Flex 2. Right-click to view the source code. Visit Adobe Exchange to download a zip containing additional source, binaries, and documentation.
