 The hyves online network of friends gives an interesting view of who you are affiliated with, that is after you have become a (free) member. It does provide pages in multiple languages, including english and friends. The idea is to map relations between participants in graph, giving access to friends of friends, etcetera. It is a pseudo-scientific rumor, that everybody on the world is connected to everybody else in at most six steps, or was it seven.
