I am a professor of mathematics at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
My research is in Nonlinear analysis and Dynamical systems, with a focus on Network dynamical systems, Bifurcation theory and Aubry-Mather theory.
I am also an associate editor of the SIAM Journal on Applied Dynamical Systems, an editor for Epsilon Uitgaven, a board member of the Dutch mathematics cluster NDNS+, and a member of the mathematics board of the Lorentz Center.
