These requirements are based on the findings of the PACT Analysis. Each requirement will be graded with the MoSCoW approach: 1 - Must haves 2 - Should haves 3 - Could haves 4 - Won't haves, in which 1 is very important and essential to the project, 2 has second priority, 3 will only be developed if there is time left and 4 will not be developed.
