To make the goal of the project more clear, making scenario’s can help. With the scenarios you predict every possible outcome that the players can come across. This can be finishing the game, quitting the game or finding a bug.
A player is playing the game and is about to find the last decision to make. After this last decision, the game is finished. The player sees the last screen and is content with the results. The ending is clear and happy/funny. When the game is finished the player closes the site.
The player is getting bored with the game; it is too unclear for the person and he/she is getting frustrated with the game. The player closes the site, never to return again.
A player is in the game and finds that there is a bug in the game.
There is a point in the game where you can choose an option that leads to nowhere.
The player decides that he/she wants to report this bug to the development team, so they can fix this bug.
The player looks on the site to find a contact form, and he/she finds it on the contact page.
He/she describes the bug in the contact form, so the developers can reproduce this.
